We offer a sliding fee scale & do not discriminate or deny services to anyone based on their ability to pay. If you wish to receive services & do not have insurance, or if you are not eligible for Medicaid, please contact us.
Payment Options - We accept the following forms of insurance: Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance, Private Pay, Sliding Fee Scale, CHIP, almost all EAPs, and BPA.
